Kuehne+Nagel Acquires Farrow, Expanding Customs Brokerage Presence in North America

On January 31, 2024, Kuehne+Nagel, a global logistics company headquartered in Switzerland, completed its acquisition of Farrow, a Canadian customs brokerage firm employing more than 800 employees in 41 locations across Canada and the United States. Going forward, Farrow will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuehne+Nagel.

The acquisition will expand Kuehne+Nagel’s customs capabilities, especially at the United States’ borders with Canada and Mexico, supporting growing demand in an environment of complex regulations surrounding international trade.
