We use technology to improve efficiency, support legal analysis, and create value for our clients. We also recognize that tools such as AI raise important considerations related to privacy, confidentiality, accuracy, bias, and unauthorized use of information.

To ensure responsible use and oversight, Aird & Berlis has implemented a governance framework that includes:

• Rigorous evaluation, approval, and ongoing assessment of all technologies used in client and internal work

• Mandatory training for lawyers, agents, and staff on responsible use of technology

• Transparency with clients and courts regarding the use of AI
