Eurofins Scientific Acquires High North Laboratories

On May 21, 2026, Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in laboratory testing services, completed its acquisition of High North Laboratories, a leading Canadian provider of cannabis testing services.

As part of the acquisition, Eurofins will bring together the cannabis testing capabilities of Eurofins Experchem and High North Laboratories under the newly established Eurofins ExperNorth brand. Eurofins ExperNorth will leverage the combined expertise, resources and experience of both organizations to enhance testing capacity, technical expertise and service offerings for cannabis industry participants nationwide.
