Jessie’s practice spans a wide variety of corporate/commercial matters. Hard-working and passionate by nature, Jessie is a trusted and reliable resource for any client team. She enjoys the challenge of developing solutions to complex transactions and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.
Jessie is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial and Sports, Media & Entertainment Groups. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and providing day-to-day corporate and commercial advice. She assists companies across a variety of industries, including sports, media, technology and hospitality.
