Knightstone Hotel Group Acquires Courtyard by Marriott Manhattan Property
On May 1, 2026, Knightstone Hotel Group, a Toronto-based hospitality investment and asset management company operating under the umbrella of Knightstone Capital Management, announced its acquisition of the Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan – Fifth Avenue property.
This is Knightstone’s first acquisition in New York City and its second acquisition in the United States, marking a major milestone in its U.S. expansion.
