Codie thrives on the intellectual stimulation and problem-solving-nature of litigation. He uses critical thinking and a strong understanding of the importance of language to resolve his client’s disputes.
Codie is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He maintains a general litigation practice. Codie has a particular interest in contractual interpretation and administrative law, as well as constitutional law and civil liberties.
Codie joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling with the firm.
