Spectra7 Microsystems Inc. Completes Bought Deal Special Warrant Offering

Spectra7 Microsystems Inc. recently completed its bought deal private placement of 12,494,765 special warrants at a price of $0.70 per special warrant and subsequent qualification of the underlying units by way of short form prospectus. Each unit consists of one common share in the capital of Spectra7 and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.

The offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by Mackie Research Capital Corporation and including Global Maxfin Capital Inc. and PI Financial Corp.
