ShelfieTech Commences Trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange
On May 26, 2025, ShelfieTech Ltd., a technology company providing stock management solutions for the retail industry, commenced trading of its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol "SHLF" (the "Listing"). In connection with the Listing, the ShelfieTech filed a long-form prospectus with the Ontario Securities Commission for the purposes of becoming a reporting issuer pursuant to applicable securities legislation in the Province of Ontario.
