NYX Capital Corp. Acquires 22-Acre Development Site in Mississauga
On May
30, 2023, NYX Capital Corp. completed
the acquisition of a 22-acre development site near Toronto Pearson
International Airport from Truscan Property Corporation, for a purchase price
of $40.7 million. The site is in the greater “Airport Mega Zone,” which
forms the second-largest employment concentration in Canada after Toronto’s
downtown core, with more than 300,000 workers.
