Markets Inc. facilitated a US$285 million senior secured notes financing for HR
Ottawa, L.P. in connection with the redevelopment of the Hard Rock Hotel &
Casino, including the construction of new food and beverage facilities, a hotel
and an entertainment venue. The funding closed successfully on March 28,
2023.
