FloWorks International Acquires CAC Industrial Equipment for $49.25 Million

On March 5, 2025, FloWorks International LLC, a U.S.-based company specializing in flow control products and technical services across various industrial sectors, completed the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of CAC Industrial Equipment Ltd., a leading Canadian provider of industrial parts and pumps. The acquisition, conducted through FloWorks International’s Canadian subsidiary, S-I IPVF Canada, Inc., was valued at approximately C$49,250,000, subject to ordinary transaction adjustments.
