Keith Brown is a member of the firm’s Indigenous Practice, Energy, Environmental Law and Projects & Infrastructure Groups. Ryan Chalmers is Co-Leader of the firm's Construction and Projects & Infrastructure Groups and a member of the Corporate Group. He advises on, drafts and negotiates concession, design-build, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation agreements as part of major infrastructure projects across Canada.

He regularly advises First Nations on all phases of major projects, including navigating complex regulatory hearings and litigation for significant energy and natural resource projects across Canada.
