Keith Brown is a member of the firm’s Indigenous Practice, Energy, Environmental Law and Projects & Infrastructure Groups. He assists clients in advancing their rights, interests and jurisdiction in areas such as project environmental assessments, permitting and other regulatory processes, as well as related equity, impact benefit and government-to-government negotiations.

Ryan Chalmers is Co-Leader of the firm's Construction and Projects & Infrastructure Groups and a member of the Corporate Group. He advises on, drafts and negotiates concession, design-build, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation agreements as part of major infrastructure projects across Canada. 

Joanne Coldwell is Co-Leader of the firm's Transportation Group and a member of the Corporate Group. Her practice is focused on Canadian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, reorganizations and financings.

John Mascarin is Co-Leader of the Municipal Accountability Group and a member of the Municipal, Land Use Planning & Development Group. He practises in the areas of local government and municipal law, development, land use and planning law, and building and construction regulation.

Bernie McGarva is a member of the firm's Construction, Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Projects & Infrastructure Groups. He practises commercial and construction litigation, with a focus on construction and infrastructure disputes, securities litigation, shareholders' rights disputes, and errors and omissions defence.

Scott Smith is Co-Leader of the firm’s Indigenous Practice Group and a member of the Energy, Environmental Law and Projects & Infrastructure Groups. He regularly advises First Nations on all phases of major projects, including navigating complex regulatory hearings and litigation for significant energy and natural resource projects across Canada.

Sanj Sood is Co-Leader of the firm's Transportation Group and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Financial Services Groups. He assists private and public companies, municipalities and financial institutions with their most complex commercial problems.
