Kate Findlay is Co-Leader of the firm's Class Actions Group and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Her commercial litigation practice includes corporate, securities, competition, banking, insurance defence, telecommunications, professional liability and privacy disputes. Kate’s product liability practice includes the defence of class proceedings and individual actions on behalf of clients in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
Timothy Lowman is Co-Leader of the firm's Intellectual Property Group and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario as well as a registered Canadian Trademark Agent, a Certified Arbitrator and a Certified Licensing Professional. Tim's practice includes a broad range of commercial and intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, professional errors and omissions, trade secrets, invention ownership, product liability and employment law claims.
Kaitlin Soye is Co-Leader of the firm's Life Sciences Group and member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Groups. She is a trained scientist with a PhD in experimental medicine and has extensive Federal Court experience. She leverages her scientific background to represent life sciences and pharmaceutical industry clients in patent and regulatory disputes.
