Employment opportunities for young professionals have changed over the last two years due to the advancement of remote work, technological innovation and an international network of employers who are easily accessible online. This has inspired some young professionals to shift their careers alongside evolving expectations.

With expanded opportunities, there is a new set of challenges to address. Historically, in-person mentorship and delegation from leadership have led to a more seamless transference of knowledge and work allocation.
