TD Bank Leads $64 Million Syndicated Credit Facilities

Sangoma Technologies Inc. and Sangoma U.S. Inc., as borrowers, entered into a syndicated loan agreement with certain Schedule 1 banks whereby the lenders extended credit facilities in the total amount of $64 million to support the borrowers’ working capital requirements and acquisition of a U.S. target.

Aird & Berlis acted as counsel to The Toronto-Dominion Bank in its capacity as Administrative Agent, Joint-Arrangers, Joint-Bookrunner and a lender with a team that included Jill Fraser and Kyle Plunkett.
