PCL Closes Regina Stadium P3 Project
PCL Constructors Canada Inc. reached financial and commercial close on the $278 million Regina Stadium Project. Mosaic Stadium is part of the first phase of the Regina Revitalization Initiative and will have a seating capacity of 33,000. PCL is one of Canada’s largest construction companies and a leader in the P3 sector.
