msi Spergel Court-Appointed Receiver of Three Pharmacy Businesses

msi Spergel Inc., a prominent insolvency trustee, was appointed by the court as receiver of three pharmacy businesses. The mandate included the sale of all three business by way of court order and resolution of complex priority disputes.
