Knightstone Hotel Group Acquires Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel
On September 4, 2025, Knightstone Hotel Group, a Toronto-based hospitality investment and asset management company operating under the umbrella of Knightstone Capital Management, announced its acquisition of the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Arlington, Virginia.
This is Knightstone’s first acquisition in the United States, officially marking its expansion into the U.S. market.
