GreenSpace Brands Inc. Closes $7 Million Bought Deal Public Offering

On September 2, 2016, GreenSpace Brands Inc. (“GreenSpace”) (TSXV:JTR), a developer, marketer and seller of premium natural food products, closed a bought deal short form prospectus offering for gross proceeds of over $7 million.

6,210,000 common shares were issued which included full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, at an issue price of $1.13 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $7,017,300.  The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Beacon Securities Limited and including Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Cormark Securities Inc.
