Tarah Coutts is a land use planner in the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group.

Tarah has extensive experience working with both private and public sector clients. She supports her clients with a wide range of activities, from coordinating with consultants and liaising with municipal staff and regulatory agencies, to securing planning approvals. Tarah provides professional expertise on development proposals and policy reviews, and also manages the preparation and submission of development applications, such as draft plan of subdivision applications, zoning by-law amendments, site plan applications, consents and minor variances.

Tarah assists the firm’s municipal lawyers with the preparation and filing of appeals to the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal). She also prepares document books, exhibits, notices and supporting materials for hearings.
