Patrick is an estates and trusts litigator who is dedicated to making a positive impact on his clients’ lives. He is a compassionate lawyer who advocates for his clients, providing thoughtful legal advice during difficult times.
Patrick is a member of the firm’s Tax and Estates & Trusts Groups. He works for both individuals and trust companies on a variety of estate, trust and capacity matters.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Patrick served as an Assistant Crown Attorney and practised estate litigation in the Toronto office of an international law firm. He also worked as Counsel and Manager of Legal Research, and articled as a judicial law clerk (working with both the Estates and Commercial Lists), in the Office of the Chief Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Having conducted trials before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, Patrick brings a unique and practical set of skills to his work.
