The mental health of employees is an issue all organizations must carefully consider. Management and HR professionals need to ensure appropriate policies are in place to assist workers cope with stress. Organizations should develop and implement a comprehensive mental health strategy to protect their staff and their business. 

Join Dr. Valerie Taylor of Women's College Hospital and Aird & Berlis LLP's Diversity Partner, Corrine Kennedy, in a discussion on mental health and wellness for professionals. With a focus on women’s mental health issues, our speakers will:

  • Define the Health Gap and discuss its implications for employers
