On July 18, 2017, Finance Minister Bill Morneau announced the release of a consultation paper and draft legislation to amend the Income Tax Act. There have been a slew of articles written on the proposed amendments, and many groups are opposing the changes, but how will private corporations and their shareholders actually be affected? Before Parliament is back in session, get a clear understanding of these technical changes to the Act. 

In this webinar, David Malach, a senior tax lawyer with over 35 years of experience in advising private companies, explains in simple terms the effects on the taxation of private companies if the proposed amendments are enacted.
