On June 29, 2023, Stonebridge Financial Corporation closed a long-term, fixed rate debt financing for Crown Ridge Health Care Services Inc. in connection with the refinancing of its existing indebtedness and the development and maintenance of Westgate Lodge, a 160-bed long-term care facility located in Belleville, Ontario. Stonebridge is a Toronto-based financial services firm with a focus on financial advisory and arranging of project financings in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
