On October 30, 2023, Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corporation (CSE: GWAY) (OTC: GWAYF), a cultivator of high-quality greenhouse cannabis for the Canadian market, completed its private placement of 13% secured convertible debentures. Abingdon Capital Corporation acted as an advisor to Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis in connection with the placement.
