Easton’s Group of Hotels Completes Sale of Ontario Hotels Portfolio
Easton’s Group of Hotels, a leading developer, owner and manager of Canadian hospitality real estate, recently completed the sale of three high-quality focused-service properties for an aggregate price in excess of $70,000,000. The properties were sold in two separate transactions: the 152-room Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West and 105-suite TownePlace Suites Sudbury were sold to Temple Hotels Inc. and the 159-room Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Brampton was sold to a private investor. Christie McNeill represented Easton’s in the structuring and completion of the sale transactions.
