Nancy Winfield is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate Group. With over 30 years of experience and an extensive background in both residential and commercial real estate, Nancy specializes in all aspects of condominium and subdivision development. She assists developers, builders and lenders on standard high-rise and low-rise condominiums, as well as phased, common element and vacant land projects, with an emphasis on the registration process and new unit/lot sales.
Nancy is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
