Nadia builds long-lasting relationships with clients by providing practical, tailored advice. She is committed to understanding the complex industries in which her clients conduct business and to advancing their business goals.

Nadia is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and general corporate and commercial matters. She assists publicly-listed companies, primarily in the mining, cannabis and technology sectors, with transactions, corporate governance matters, continuous disclosure requirements and ongoing public company maintenance.

Her previous experience includes working as Associate Counsel at a publicly-traded precious metals mining company.
