Julie is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group. Her practice focuses on a broad range of corporate/commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate governance.

Julie summered and articled with Aird & Berlis prior to joining the firm as an associate.
