Jenaya McLean is a law clerk in the firm’s Financial Services Group. She arranges due diligence searches and filings in all provinces and territories across Canada, and is familiar with Uniform Commercial Code searches and filings. She has experience drafting transaction documentation and search summaries as well as preparing closing materials and record books.
