David’s practice spans a wide variety of estate planning and estate administration matters. Clients rely on David to build, implement and continually adjust their estate plans to meet their ever-changing goals and needs. Compassionate by nature, he assists families through difficult times and oversees inter-generational succession of legacies and memories.

David is a member of the Estates & Trusts Group and Tax Group. He advises high net worth individuals and family businesses with respect to developing and implementing estate plans, including probate planning, family business succession planning, disability planning and asset protection strategies. He also assists executors, trustees and beneficiaries with the administration of estates and trusts.
