Ali thrives in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of corporate finance and securities law. Her strong interpersonal skills and diligent approach make her a reliable advisor who is committed to delivering successful results for her clients.

Ali is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. She advises private and public companies on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and securities law matters. Ali’s practice includes private placement financings, continuous disclosure obligations and general corporate and commercial issues.

Ali joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.
