Aaron is a member of the firm's Capital Markets and Mining Groups. His practice focuses on public and private company financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters across a broad range of industries. Aaron also has experience advising companies in the mining sector, supporting clients as they pursue growth opportunities and navigate industry-specific regulatory requirements.
Aaron joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.
