Aird & Berlis Welcomes New Partner Manjit Singh
We are pleased to announce that Manjit Singh has joined the firm as a partner and member of our Tax and Estates & Trusts Groups.
Manjit is an industrious problem solver who is highly motivated by the challenging nature of tax law. Her clients appreciate her strong interpersonal skills and legal acumen. Manjit draws from more than 20 years of experience advising on Canadian and cross-border tax matters to provide comprehensive tax advice across diverse industries.
Manjit's practice includes tax planning and advising on tax aspects of reorganizations and restructurings, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, inbound and outbound structuring, takeovers, privatization, securitization, going public transactions, financing, securities offerings and private placements. Manjit advises on tax structures for real estate investments and divestitures, REITs, partnerships and syndications.
Manjit frequently speaks on taxation matters and regularly contributes to leading Canadian tax publications.
