Bill 108 Updates: Key Amendments

On September 3, 2019, the Province proclaimed into force a number of amendments to the land use planning regime in Ontario.

Bill 108, the More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019, proposed significant changes to a number of different statutes, including the Planning Act and the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, that impact municipalities and the land use planning approval process.
