Women's Mindfulness Workshop - Led by Nathania Harrison, Owner, SAOR Studio.
Mindfulness is a human ability to be more present in our lives. Together, we explore how awareness of the truth in each moment can reduce our feelings of being overwhelmed. Let's uncover mindful techniques that help bring greater awareness to our experiences without judgment. The ability to be mindful becomes more readily available to us when we practice daily.
We are also proud to share our online directory of women-driven businesses.
