Vera is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group.
Her expertise includes preparing and filing articles of incorporations,
amendments, amalgamations, continuances and dissolutions under Ontario and Federal
legislation. Her responsibilities include minute book reviews,
annual resolutions, dividend and redemption documents, corporate filings and
searches, business name registrations/renewals and limited partnership filings.
She also assists with asset and share purchase transactions and
reorganizations.
