Her practice focuses on private equity M&A transactions, including bolt-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments and exits. Genève advises portfolio companies across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing and consumer goods. Beyond private equity, Genève provides legal guidance on acquisitions and divestitures, strategic investments and corporate reorganizations.
Genève also has expertise in capital markets matters, including domestic and cross-border public offerings, reverse takeovers and plans of arrangement. She counsels Canadian public companies in sectors such as mining, life sciences, retail and technology on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and general commercial issues.
