Aird & Berlis Welcomes New Partner Kristian N. Arciaga
We are pleased to announce that Kristian N. Arciaga has joined the firm as a partner and member of our Real Estate Group.
Kristian's practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, leasing and development work, and financings on behalf of both lenders and borrowers. His clients span multiple sectors and include REITs, developers, and companies and individuals with real estate interests.
Kristian is driven by the fast pace, challenges and continual changes of the real estate industry. He provides clients with a creative and practical approach to navigating the complexities of real estate transactions.
Kristian’s diverse background includes an internship at the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia and a two-year stint as a Director of the British Columbia Chapter of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
