We are pleased to announce that Genève Say has joined the firm as a partner and member of our Corporate/Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups.
Genève is an experienced corporate lawyer who brings strategic insight to the fast-paced nature of mergers and acquisitions. Genève combines technical skill and commercial insight, leading deal teams with the practical judgment that results in successful transactions.
Genève's practice focuses on private equity M&A transactions, including bolt-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments and exits. She advises portfolio companies across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing and consumer goods. Beyond private equity, Genève provides legal guidance on acquisitions and divestitures, strategic investments and corporate reorganizations.
