While there are still challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, significant increases in vaccination rates across Canada and improvements to key public health and health care indicators suggest that we are moving towards a more comprehensive reopening. Although most employers have developed strategies for their transition back to in-person operations, workplace issues arising from the pandemic still require thought, strategy and implementation. Mandatory vaccination policies, vaccine passports, vaccine hesitancy and employee refusals to return to in-person work are among the issues that employers across the country are currently facing.

Join the experts of the Workplace Law Group as they break down current and post-pandemic challenges faced by employers and provide insight on how to manage the workplace and plan for what may be next.

Topics include:

Repatriating the workforce: vaccine hesitancy and employee refusals

Reopening and dealing with public health and legislative requirements

Managing the lingering effects of the pandemic from a mental health perspective
