Tyler Brent

Tyler takes pride in navigating complex legislation to ensure his clients optimize their tax positions and secure measurable, meaningful outcomes.

As a member of the firm's Tax Group, Tyler's practice includes personal and corporate tax planning, corporate reorganizations, M&A and litigation. Tyler's experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant means he has first-hand experience with tax and accounting matters. With an eye for detail and the ability to concisely explain complex issues, Tyler earns the trust of his clients by managing their issues diligently and resourcefully.

Tyler also serves as a director for FuturFund Canada Inc., a not-for-profit organization that focuses on improving financial literacy for Canadian youth.

Tyler joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling with the firm. Tyler previously worked at a major Canadian accounting firm.
