Paul is a litigator who fights diligently for his clients in every matter he takes on. After 40 years in practice, Paul  has the ability to anticipate the next step and make the right calls. His hard work, discipline and careful preparation lead to exceptional results for his clients. Paul’s decades of experience resolving disputes have also made him a sought-after mediator.

Paul is a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He has extensive experience as trial and appellate counsel in a wide variety of complex and challenging cases, including in the areas of class actions, insurance, employment, shareholder and partnership disputes and real estate development litigation. Paul has appeared as counsel at all levels of the courts and before administrative tribunals and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations.

In addition, he has expertise in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and has acted as a mediator on numerous matters in several litigation practice areas. He has acted as counsel for several major Canadian disability insurers which provides him with a unique perspective in the mediation of disability disputes.
