With a background in engineering, Michael brings a unique technical and structural perspective when advising on real estate development and acquisition projects. He provides clients with unique insight and serves to advance their interests in the most efficient and effective way. Michael excels at creating amicable working relationships with his clients, colleagues, municipal staff and other stakeholders.
As a member of the firm's Real Estate Group, Michael’s practice is focused on the acquisition, financing and sale of commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on land development and joint ventures. He acts for a broad range of clients, including condominium developers, individual unit purchasers and real estate investment companies.
Michael summered and articled at Aird & Berlis and returned as an associate in 2016.
