and assists with due diligence, reviews of step-memos and corporate records.
She also drafts corporate documents relating to reorganizations, mergers,
acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and financings. Janaina has
experience with incorporations, amendments, dissolutions, continuances,
amalgamations, rollover agreements, exchange agreements and discretionary
family trusts. She also works on dividend resolutions, share redemptions, share
transfers, changes to directors and officers, general and limited partnership
registrations, business name registrations and extra provincial registrations,
