Cynthia is a
member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. She handles large-scale copyright enforcement matters, with a focus on photojournalistic images for major press agency rightsholders. Her practice spans several industries, including telecommunications, the arts and technology. Cynthia also advises on intellectual property licensing, litigation and trademark prosecution and has prior federal government experience in intellectual property policy.
