Alzena is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group. She is responsible for the preparation of documents related to incorporations, amendments and dissolutions under Ontario and federal law. Her experience includes minute book reviews; corporate filings and searches; annual and dividend resolutions; business name registrations and renewals; and limited partnership filings. She also maintains the firm’s corporate database system and minute books.
