A&B Provides Insight for ABA’s Canadian Public Target M&A Study

A&B was an active participant in the preparation of the recently published Canadian Public Target M&A Deal Points Study (for transactions announced in 2013 and 2014). This study is produced by the Market Trends Subcommittee of the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. Martin Kovnats, a member of the Market Trends Subcommittee and the working group for the study, led an A&B team comprised of Andrew Magnus, Mat Goldstein, Matthew Liberatore and Jeffrey Merk to provide insight for the study.
