The TSX Venture Exchange recently made amendments to Policy 5.1 – Loans, Bonuses, Finder’s Fees and Commissions – and to Policy 4.1 – Private Placements. As well, securities regulators have adopted new disclosure requirements targeting board policies for renewal and gender diversity that will have implications for the upcoming proxy season.
