Workplace accommodation is an issue no employer can ignore. With the onus on organizations to accommodate the needs of their workers, management and HR professionals must ensure appropriate policies are in place to protect their business. Focusing on both family status and gender identity, our speakers will:

  • Examine best practices with regards to accommodating employees with family-related responsibilities
  • Provide practical advice on policy development in relation to transgender employees
  • Talk through the practice of employer investigations, advising how appropriate policy can be used to avoid liability
